About the Owner

Ellie Blackwell is a 20 year old college student who is currently studying Secondary Education with an emphasis on English. She owns two pet snakes and a cat, all named after Harry Potter characters. She loves all things creative and expressive.

 

Ellie has been a writer for as long as she can remember and has been an anonymous part of the writing community for years. As a writer, she found it hard to find a balance between being a planner and a pantser. Planning ended up becoming obsessive and draining, but pantsing left her thinking "What color are my characters eyes?" in the middle of a manuscript.

Thus, the creation of the Plantser Journal. After months and months of work, emails, formatting, and reformatting, the Plantser Journal was created.
